Electric Eel Shock

Formed in Tokyo in the 90’s EES left their native Japan at the end of the millenium to see what they could make of America. They have since toured 40 countries around the world on 4 continents and performed on pretty much every major rock festival in Europe.

Some highlights include: Headlining a stage at the prestigious Roskilde Festivalin Denmark and Bonnaroo, One of biggest US festival, following The Black Crowes and closing the main stage at Azkenna Rock Festivalin Spain, playing every state in America except Alaska and Hawaii, performing at SXSW4 times, playing with a full orchestra at Beached Festivalin Scarborough…Bands they have toured with along the way include: Sepultura, Bloodhound Gang, Presidents of USA, The Dwarves, Turbonegro, Peter Pan Speedrock, Danko Jones, Michael Monroe, Grinspoon, The Hard Ons, The Cum Shots, Nashville Pussy, The Datsuns, The D4, MC5, The Black Keys, Fu Manchu, UK Subs, The Subways, Robochrist, Enter Shikari, Living End, Anvil… (And believe it or not in a very strange booking they once supported Mark Owen, the shy one from Take That!)
